Postcards from Puerto Princesa, Palawan

17Dec2013 – 19Dec2013

Dubbed as the “City within the Forest” Puerto Princesa is much more beyond the world renowned Subterranean River; from the busy city life of the centre, to the echoing silence of the calm beach, to the towering tropical rain forest of the mountains, and to the steady and mighty sculptural pieces of limestone formations, this place has a lot to offer.  Its rich biodiversity can be seen from the different species of flora and fauna, that is why the locals are committed to take care and further preserve these. And as such this city is cited as the cleanest and greenest city in the Philippines.

From above ground to underground and undersea, this is a place truly worth the travel and words may not be enough to capture such magnificence.
